+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: 17W is now crossing Central Vietnam
and will move over Southern Cambodia this afternoon and
dissipate along Thailand tonight or early tomorrow.
+ EFFECTS: 17W's circulation continues to spread across
Central Vietnam, Laos, Northern Cambodia & Thailand. Mo-
derate to heavy rains and winds not in excess of 55 km/hr
can be expected along the path of 17W. Improving weather
conditions can be expected tomorrow as 17W moves across
Burma.
