TROPICAL STORM PABUK (CHEDENG) JUST PASSED DIRECTLY OVER
HONG KONG A COUPLE OF HOURS AGO...APPROACHING MACAU. STRONGWINDS AND RAINS EXPECTED.
+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: PABUK is expected to make landfall over
Macau this morning. It shall start to dissipate along Western
Guangdong this afternoon.
+ EFFECTS: PABUK's circulation has shrunked considerably
into a small-sized TC and is now affecting Hong Kong-Macau
area and portions of Western Guangdong. Flash floods and
mudslides are imminent along river banks, low-lying and
mountainous areas of Western Guangdong. Precautionary
measures must remain on alert as the storm passes by.
+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: PABUK is expected to make landfall over
Macau this morning. It shall start to dissipate along Western
Guangdong this afternoon.
+ EFFECTS: PABUK's circulation has shrunked considerably

SYSTEM HAS BECOME SIGNIFICANTLY MORE
DISORGANIZED.
