TROPICAL STORM QUINTA (MAYSAK) ENTERS A WEAK STEERING ENVIRONMENT OVER
THE SOUTH CHINA SEA...SLOWS DOWN BUT WITH HIGHER WIND SPEED.

+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: MAYSAK is expected to turn more northwesterly within
the next 24 hours before stalling over the middle part of the South China
Sea. The 3 to 5-day long-range forecast shows MAYSAK creating a clockwise
loop with its track heading south-southwestward and dissipating over the
South China Sea on November 12.

+ EFFECTS: MAYSAK's rainbands remains over the South China Sea and not
affecting any part of the Philippines.

every 06 to 12 hours!

OF 18 KNOTS TO 10 KNOTS OVER THE PAST 12 HOURS. CONVECTION AROUND THE
SYSTEM CENTER HAS BEEN CYCLICAL...
