NOCK-TEN (JUANING) weakens into a Tropical Storm as it continues to traverse Northern Luzon...now just to the west of Santiago, Isabela, approaching the Banaue Rice Terraces. Tropical Storm Conditions across Aurora, Quirino, Southern Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, Mountain Province & Northern Benguet. NOCK-TEN will be passing close to the south of Vigan City, Ilocos Sur around sunset and will emerge over the South China Sea later tonight.

Residents and visitors along Luzon should closely monitor the progress of NOCK-TEN (JUANING).
